Our new favorite snack is Fried Green Tomatoes. From previous posts, you've surely gathered that our garden is packed full of tomatoes, so we have been exploring every and any way to use the darn things! Well, this is one way that our grandpa enjoys tomatoes so we figured, let's give it a whirl. Lo and behold, (and besides being a great chick flick) the suckers are tasty! Here's a recipe that is similar to the one in my head that I use. Come on over to our house, we'd be glad to whip up a batch and enjoy them with you!

ugggghhh. you know what i think about these. though i'm sure your's are fabulous to most normal veggie eating folks.
