this is exactly what we need! Lew and I talk about this a lot, harvesting wind energy, I thought they might be able to do double maybe have the top part for wind and have turbines below to harvest the water power during tide changes ect... Just an idea. Now when are they gonna allow us to have hydro cars it can be done... Guess it's just too cost efficient?
