In Philly @ World Cafe Live

Dusty and I love Philly. Any chance to get there is a treat...and last night we had the opportunity to go to the city AND see a concert AND have a fantastic dinner. Needless to say, it was all fabulous. World Cafe Live is one of the best venues to see people in concert and the food is excellent. I enjoyed a vegetarian meal like no other (veggie loaf with carmelized sweet potatoes and green beans w/a pineapple mango relish). In honor of Zach Braff who turned me on to these artists, I was brave and ordered an 'appletini' (Scrubs fans, you get this).
Very yummy.
The show opened with Philadelphia's own, Matt Santry. He is very talented, a very strong vocalist and skilled guitarist. Schuyler Fisk followed with a few songs (she was who I went to see!)...she has an endearing personality and sweet, melodic sound. Josh Radin finished the concert off...when he sang duets with Schuyler, sparks flew =).
We left the concert to find snow falling through the brisk cold air...ahh, finally winter! Snow in the city is a beautiful sight.
An evening to remember.
